Ard Van Der Scheer

Ard Van Der Scheer has over 20 years of work experience in various technology roles. In their most recent position, they served as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Censo starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the CTO at Shypple from 2020 to 2023.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Mirabeau as a Program Manager and Project Manager from 2008 to 2014. Ard managed programs and projects for clients such as transavia.com, Nationale Nederlanden, and Trans Link Systems.

Ard Van Der Scheer's career started at Finalist IT group, where they served as a Project Manager and Senior Developer from 2003 to 2008. Ard also worked at PinkRoccade as a Software Engineer from 1999 to 2003, where they headed a team of developers and contributed to the development of online software applications.

Ard Van Der Scheer pursued their education in a chronological order. Ard attended Pieter Nieuwland college from 1988 to 1994, where they earned their VWO degree. Following that, they enrolled at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1994 to 1999. There, they completed their Master's degree in Business Mathematics & Computer Science. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained two certifications: "Strategic Planning Foundations" and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn, in September 2020.
