Lotte Engelen has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Lotte is currently working at Censo as the Chief of Staff since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at APM Terminals as a Transformation Partner from October 2020 to July 2022. Before that, Lotte was employed by The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant from March 2018 to July 2020 and as an Associate from March 2016 to February 2018.
Lotte also had experience working at bol.com as a Project Manager Assortment Quality, seconded from BCG, from July 2019 to April 2020. Lotte started their professional career as a Chemistry Teacher at Stichting Studiebegeleiding Leiden from October 2010 to June 2014. Additionally, they interned at TNO from February 2013 to June 2013, at ABN AMRO Dialogues Incubator from September 2012 to February 2013, and at Da Vinci College Leiden from September 2011 to December 2011.
In 2014, Lotte participated in De Nationale Denktank, a Dutch foundation focused on improving cooperation between government, business, and academia through an annual think tank. Lotte contributed to finding practical and creative solutions to urgent societal issues during their time there.
Lotte Engelen holds an educational background in the field of Aerospace Engineering. Lotte completed their VWO (pre-university education) from Scholengemeenschap Sint Ursula - Horn in the duration of 2003 to 2009. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, which they completed between 2009 and 2012. To further enhance their knowledge and expertise, Lotte then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution, Delft University of Technology, from 2012 to 2015.
