From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Great Guns Marketing as Accounts & HR Administrator, where they were responsible for creating sales ledger invoices and credit notes, inputting receipts, and reconciling customer accounts, as well as credit control. In 2015, they began working at CensorNet as Finance Manager, and also began working at Basingstoke ITEC as Finance Officer, where they were responsible for using Xero Accounts system processing purchase invoices, BACS payments and reconciling supplier statements, raising sales ledger invoices, and credit control, as well as manually calculating VAT as ITEC is a registered charity.

Carol Cousin attended Long field secondary from 1970 to 1975. Carol then attended West Kent college from 1980 to 1982, where they obtained a City and Guilds in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager. Finally, Carol Cousin attended BCOT from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an AAT in Accounting.
