Hicham B. has worked in the tech industry since 2009. Hicham began their career at Broadcom Inc. as a Custom Success Manager Engineer, where they were responsible for onboarding new customers, identifying renewal risk, and driving adoption. Hicham also worked with customers on best practices and guided them through the entire post-sales journey for multiple products, such as email scanning, web scanning, endpoint protection, and DLP. Additionally, they helped customers strengthen their network security and fortify their ecosystems. Hicham has an excellent record on customer retention and service renewals. Hicham also collaborated with internal teams to remediate client concerns and ensure renewal readiness, and served as a customer and partner first point of contact, advocate in influencing product roadmap and improvements. In 2022, Hicham began working at Censornet as an MSP/Customer Success SaaS.
