Pavel Lašta is a seasoned professional in CyberSecurity engineering and AI Security, currently serving as a Technical Lead and Regional Manager at CENSUS. They co-founded Dolus Security in 2024 and held the role of Principal Sales Engineer & Country Manager at Digital.ai from 2021 to 2024, where they led security sales initiatives across the EMEA region. Prior to that, Pavel was Engineering Director at Arxan Technologies, responsible for developing award-winning security products, and held various roles in prominent organizations like Barclays and Mokipay Europe. Pavel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Vilnius University between 2008 and 2012.
