Val Pokholchenko

Val Pokholchenko has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as an IT Team Lead and Scrum Master at RBC since December 2015. Val specializes in implementing Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration, and working with large data sets in distributed computing environments, focusing on Anti Money Laundering and Fraud projects in SAS and UNIX. Additionally, Val has held the position of Senior IT Consultant at Cisco since October 2013 and has been a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Ontario Inc. and Centah Inc. since February 2012. Val holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the State University of Technology in Odessa, earned between 1991 and 1995.
