Francis Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Francis is currently working at Cental as the CTO, a position they have held since April 2019. Prior to this role, they were an Engineering Manager at Cental since May 2018.
Before joining Cental, Francis worked at Stryker as a Project Manager from March 2017 to May 2018. Prior to Stryker, they were employed at Honeywell as a Senior Lead Engineer from March 2015 to March 2017.
Francis also has prior experience at Whitelite Automation, where they worked as an Automation Engineering Manager from January 2011 to January 2015. In this role, they were responsible for new business development and project delivery in the modular solutions business. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at Whitelite Automation from September 2006 to January 2015.
Earlier in their career, Francis worked at Software AG Ireland Ltd as a Software Engineer in 2002. In this role, they received training in S390 Mainframe Assembler, TSO, and ISPF and was responsible for debugging multiple architecture runtime systems and making modifications for monitoring and system self-documentation.
Francis Fleming completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Waterford Institute of Technology between 1999 and 2003. Afterward, between the years of 2014 and 2016, they pursued a Master of Engineering Management degree with a focus on Technical MBA at the University College Dublin.
