Raymond Fung

Raymond Fung has extensive experience in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as the Initiator of Centaline Capital Market at Centaline Group since August 2023, where Raymond leverages connections with family offices and institutional investors to optimize client outcomes. Previously, Raymond held various senior roles at JLL from May 2012 to July 2023, including Executive Director in Investment & Alternative for HK Capital Markets. Earlier career highlights include establishing the investment department at Knight Frank, co-founding the luxury property brand STATELYHOME at Centaline Group, and serving as Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson. Beginning in the industry at Colliers International, Raymond was recognized as a leading figure in commercial real estate sales. Academically, Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from The University of Hong Kong.
