Fima Furman has over twenty years of experience in the technology industry. In 1997, they began their career as a Scientist at Variagenics Inc. Following this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Sitara Networks and Infolibria Inc. from 1998 to 1999. In 2000, they became a System Integration Architect at OpenAir, where they were responsible for architecture, design, and implementation of various software products. From 2008 to 2017, Furman worked at NetSuite, where they held positions such as Vice President of Engineering, Senior Director of Development, Director of Development, and Senior Manager. In 2017, they moved to Oracle as Senior Director of NSGBU Product and Engineering. In 2018, they joined Ambra Health as Vice President of Operations and Director of Machine Learning. In 2021, they began working at One Way Ventures as a Limited Partner and Intelerad Medical Systems as VP of Operations. Currently, Furman serves as Chief Architect at Centaur Labs.

Fima Furman completed a HBX Core program at Harvard Business School in 2015. From 1999 to 2000, Fima Furman studied C++ Programming at Boston University. From 1993 to 1997, Fima Furman completed a BA at Brandeis University. Fima Furman also attended 175.
