Jason Ford

Jason Ford is an experienced News Editor currently overseeing The Engineer magazine and website at Mark Allen Group since June 2019. Prior to this role, Jason served as News Editor for both The Engineer and MWP Advanced Manufacturing at Centaur Media Plc from August 2006, also holding positions as Deputy Editor and Assistant Editor at Centaur Communications from 2000 to 2006. Jason's career began in configuration management at Morsons (Sizewell B) from 1994 to 1999 and included a brief teaching position at Channel 11 State Television of Thailand. An earlier role as an estimator at Gleeds (Sizewell B) preceded the editorial career, while academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Communication Studies from Nottingham Trent University and an NCTJ Magazine Journalism degree from City of Portsmouth College.
