Traci Stillwagon MSM, CPCU, CIOP currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Centauri Insurance, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities including underwriting, claims, product development, marketing, and IT. With extensive experience at Nationwide, Traci held several key positions from January 2006 to June 2021, notably as Director of P&C Transformation and Shared Services, where Traci implemented process improvements and drove significant cost savings. Additionally, Traci has a solid background in training and development, having led various initiatives to enhance claims training and customer satisfaction. Earlier career experiences include co-owning TerriLin Real Estate, LLC, and holding various roles at Nationwide Insurance, where Traci advanced through claims operations and auditing functions. Traci holds a Master of Science in Leadership from The American College of Financial Services and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Radford University.
