Joy Downing

Joy Downing has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joy began their career in 1999 as the Director at Today's Child, where they worked until 2003. Joy then joined Human Arc in 2006 as a Team Leader, and later transitioned into the role of a Business Analyst in 2011. During this time, they were responsible for various tasks such as building call quality monitoring systems and facilitating training sessions. In 2015, Joy joined Centauri Health Solutions, Inc as a Senior Outreach Specialist before being promoted to Training and Development Specialist in 2016. Joy continued to excel in their role and eventually became the Manager of Operational Training and Development in 2023. Throughout their career, Joy has demonstrated their skills in training and development, organizational compliance, and customer service.

Joy Downing attended The University of Findlay from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
