Divya Rai

Divya Rai has extensive experience in human resources and organizational design, serving in various leadership roles at Centene Corporation, where they most recently held the position of Senior Director, HR Business Partner. Previously, Divya worked at GE Power, leading talent management and organizational design for large teams and optimizing supply chain operations. Earlier in their career, Divya contributed to PepsiCo's human resources strategy, enhancing talent programs and recognition systems. Divya earned an MBA in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Delhi University.
