Dustin Smart has a diverse work experience. Dustin currently holds the position of Senior Director, Product Owner (Web & Mobile) at Centene Corporation since September 2022. Dustin previously served as the Senior Director, Digital Performance at Centene Corporation from September 2021 to September 2022. Prior to working at Centene Corporation, Dustin worked at Nextra Health where they held various roles, including Board Member, Chief Executive Officer, President & COO, VP of Managed Care, and Director of Technology from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they were the President of Quip Digital from 2001 to 2006, where they produced digital content for various organizations.

Dustin Smart attended the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
