Fache Leah Isakson

Leah Isakson has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare management and organizational development. From 2019 to present, they have worked at Centene Corporation, where they have held the roles of Director and Senior Director in Population Health & Clinical Operations. Prior to that, they spent a significant portion of their career at Phelps Health, starting in 2005. At Phelps Health, they held various leadership positions in Organizational Development and Community Health Education, eventually becoming the Administrative Director of Organizational Development and Innovation.
