Jason B. Ruda

Jason B. Ruda, MS, CPXP, currently serves as the Manager of Provider Relations at Centene Corporation, where responsibilities include maintaining and developing provider relations and enhancing provider performance metrics. Previously held roles include Associate Director of CAHPS Strategy and Improvement at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Director of Patient and Provider Experience at Tandigm Health, and Senior Manager of Provider Engagement and the Stars Center of Excellence at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Jason also founded and served as Executive Director of The Kindness For Karen Foundation, focused on lung cancer awareness. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Elmira College, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Susquehanna University, and ongoing studies for a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Immaculata University. Jason is a Certified Patient Experience Professional.
