Katherine Kasabuske is an outcomes-focused leader with over 12 years of experience in executive-level operations leadership and process improvement. Currently serving as the Vice President of Health Equity at Centene Corporation, Katherine excels in reviving under-performing programs and optimizing both revenue and expense control. Previously, Katherine held various leadership roles, including Executive Director at Hospice Advantage, LLC, and Vice President at iLIFE Financial Management Services, where significant operational improvements and cost savings were achieved. Katherine is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and is pursuing a Black Belt education along with an Agile Leadership certificate. Katherine studied Sociology, Pre-Law and Social Control at Washington State University after earning an Associate of Arts degree from Tacoma Community College.
