Angela J. Beck

Angela J. Beck, PhD, MPH has an extensive work experience in public health and academia. Angela J. currently serves as the Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Michigan School of Public Health and also hold the position of Vice President of Health Equity at ChenMed. Previously, they held roles such as Vice President of Social Impact at Duly Health and Care, and various leadership roles at the University of Michigan School of Public Health including Associate Dean, Director, Clinical Assistant Professor, and Assistant Dean. Angela J. has also worked as the Managing Editor at the American Journal of Preventive Medicine and as a Public Health Fellow at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSAgov), HHS.

Angela J. Beck earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from Michigan State University. Angela J. then went on to obtain a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan School of Public Health in 2003. Angela J. later completed their PhD in the same field from the University of Michigan School of Public Health in 2012.
