Melanie Kirkman is a seasoned professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Team Lead for People Relations at Centene Corporation since April 2020. Previously, Melanie held multiple roles at Target, including Executive Team Lead in Human Resources and Team Leader, and gained management experience as General Manager at Ulta Beauty. Additionally, Melanie contributed to workforce and labor relations at Sutter Health. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration focused on Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from California State University-Sacramento, Melanie has dedicated a significant portion of the career to fostering effective employee relations.
