Melissa R. Thornburg, MA, CPXP, is a seasoned professional in customer and provider experience management, currently serving as the Customer & Provider Experience Manager at Centene Corporation since July 2023. With a proven track record in developing and implementing omni-channel experience strategies, Melissa previously held roles including National Program Manager for Consumer and Patient Experience at Ascension, Director of Client Success at TruthPoint (now pCare), and Planetree Experience Advisor at Planetree.
