Michael Franks

Michael Franks has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, primarily focusing on Medicare operations and strategy. Notably, Michael served as Senior Vice President of Plan Product at Centene Corporation from August 2017 to December 2021, overseeing Medicare and Marketplace HealthPlan Operations for the Western Region. Prior roles include Vice President of Medicare Programs at Centene, Senior Director of Risk Adjustment and Quality Programs at Banner Health, and various strategic and operational positions at Humana, where responsibilities included managing Medicare Advantage products across multiple states, including California, Arizona, and Hawaii.
