Rebecca Nicholas has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Rebecca currently works as the VP of End User Services and IT Operations at Centene Corporation, where they are responsible for managing end user services and IT operations for over 70,000 employees. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Engagement at Facebook, overseeing a global support team and implementing strategies to support the company's growth. Rebecca also held the position of Vice President at Capital One, where they managed the Associate Support Experience for 75,000 end users across 700+ branches and sites. Rebecca has also worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Hewlett Packard - Global Telecommunications in roles focused on employee experience and end user operations. Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in managing large teams, driving innovation, and implementing transformative technologies.
