Ahmad Gaied

Ahmad Gaied serves as the Secretary Treasurer for the Ontario Federation of Labour since November 2015, where responsibilities include financial management, strategic budgeting, talent acquisition, and overseeing equity committees. Previously, Ahmad held the position of Executive Vice President within the same organization, aiding in community engagement and supervision of various committees. As a Certified Motorcycle Safety Instructor at Centennial College since 2019, Ahmad instructs students on motorcycle safety and riding techniques. Earlier experience includes roles at UFCW Canada Local 1000A as a Member Engagement Representative and Special Projects Union Representative, as well as Employment Insurance Tribunal Board Worker Member at Service Canada. Ahmad began a career in retail with Loblaw Companies Limited and No Frills, holding various managerial and supervisory roles. Ahmad holds a degree in Environmental Science and Physical Human Geography from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
