Gabriel Bedard

Gabriel Bedard is an experienced educator specializing in Global Citizenship and Equity, currently serving as an Instructor/Facilitator at Centennial College since November 2010. Gabriel Bedard teaches courses focused on pedagogy, curriculum, and learner engagement related to global citizenship, diversity, and equity, and also leads seminars and training on positivity and inclusivity at Centennial College and UBC. Previously, Gabriel Bedard served as an Equity Advisor at The University of British Columbia, managing training sessions and equity programs, and held the position of Senior Coordinator of Diversity at the Canadian Cancer Society, where diversity initiatives were developed and integrated. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sociology and Equity Studies in Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Black Studies, and Women's Studies from Portland State University.
