Kayla Brown

Kayla Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Professor at Centennial College since January 2020, Kayla previously held the position of Financial Controller at Aidan Hospitality from February 2023 to August 2023. Prior roles include Customer Experience Coordinator at StageKeep, Manager and Server at Jacobs & Co. Steakhouse, and Server at Donovans St Kilda. Kayla began a career in the hospitality sector as a Captain Server at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Educational qualifications include a Certified Level in Wine from the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Level 3 certification in Wine and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Guelph.
