Reanne Howard

Reanne Howard is an experienced E-Learning Specialist and Instructional Designer at Centennial College, responsible for designing and developing staff learning opportunities that align with organizational objectives. With a focus on innovative instructional design methods such as gamification and microlearning, Reanne enhances engagement and knowledge retention. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Trainer at The Travel Corporation, where Reanne designed, developed, and maintained over 50 training programs and facilitated more than 100 training sessions. As a Sales Specialist, Reanne ranked among the top sales producers, providing coaching and training for new staff. Previous roles include Research Assistant positions in the Diversity & Intergroup Relations Lab and the Wisdom & Culture Lab, as well as experience as a Peer Support Counselor through M.A.T.E.S. Reanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
