Robert Petras

Robert Petras has extensive experience in leadership and operational management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Lamplight Communities since January 2009, where responsibilities include the development, design, and improvement of systems for product and service delivery. Previously, Robert held the position of President at Platinum Purchasing from April 2011 to January 2015, focusing on providing long-term care organizations with competitive pricing and procurement strategies. Earlier in their career, Robert was involved with the Fort Wayne Freedom indoor football team as Free Safety from 2002 to 2005. Robert earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Tiffin University, having attended from 1999 to 2003.
