Kelly Chalifoux

Kelly Chalifoux is a dedicated Special Education Teacher with extensive experience in both adult transition programs and individualized education. Currently, at Centennial School District since July 2020, Kelly focuses on adult transition for students aged 18-21. Previously, from September 2008 to April 2022, Kelly worked at Bucks County Intermediate Unit #22, where responsibilities included writing and implementing Individualized Education Programs, classroom management, instruction, and overseeing a small business. Education credentials include a Master of Education from Gratz College and a Bachelor of Education from Gwynedd Mercy University.
