Ken Gerhart

Ken Gerhart serves as the VP of the Mid Atlantic Region at Centennial Lending Group LLC, a mortgage banking firm since April 2016. In this role, Ken leads a comprehensive range of mortgage loan services from the company headquarters in Ambler, Pennsylvania. Previously, Ken held positions at NVR Inc, including Maryland Regional VP and Northeast Regional VP, overseeing multiple mortgage branches and managing a staff of over 80 employees. Ken's career also includes a role as a Branch Manager at NVR Mortgage, where substantial increases in profit and customer service ratings were achieved. Ken holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from James Madison University, obtained between 1976 and 1980.
