Kathy Williams is an experienced mortgage loan closer at Centennial Lending LLC since July 2016, specializing in the closing and funding of various residential mortgage loans including FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans in compliance with company and investor guidelines. Prior to this role, Kathy served as the Office Manager at Premier NDT Services Inc, overseeing a range of administrative, clerical, financial, and managerial tasks to support non-destructive testing and engineering services for the energy industry. Kathy also held positions at Leprino Foods, where responsibilities included managing export sales as a Senior International Finance Specialist and overseeing credit and collections as a Credit Manager for a significant $200MM portfolio. Educational qualifications include studies at the National Association of Credit Management and a degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver, complemented by a diploma from Machebeuf Bishop High School.
