Lyndsey Oxford

Lyndsey Oxford is a seasoned Nurse Practitioner currently serving as a Glycemic Nurse Practitioner at Centennial Medical Center since June 2016. Prior to this role, Lyndsey worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Staff Nurse from April 2011 to June 2016, covering both the Vanderbilt Trauma Unit and the Adult Float pool for critical care units. Lyndsey's nursing career began at Ascension as a Staff RN from January 2010 to July 2013. Educationally, Lyndsey earned a Master’s Degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing from Western Kentucky University between 2012 and 2015, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Texas Christian University from 2003 to 2007.
