Lyndsey Oxford is a seasoned Nurse Practitioner currently serving as a Glycemic Nurse Practitioner at Centennial Medical Center since June 2016. Prior to this role, Lyndsey worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Staff Nurse from April 2011 to June 2016, covering both the Vanderbilt Trauma Unit and the Adult Float pool for critical care units.
