Alex Gilbertson

Alex Gilbertson is currently serving as an Event Manager at Centennial Park Conservancy since August 2021. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Sales and Events Coordinator at Shelby Farms Park Conservancy from August 2019 to July 2021. Previously, Alex held the position of English Teacher at Cleverlearn English Language Institute (CELI) from February 2017 to February 2019, where they taught children ages 4-18 and organized various educational activities. Before that, Alex worked as an Event Coordinator at Memphis Botanic Garden from January 2011 to December 2016, where they managed events, worked closely with customers, and maintained the company's website. Alex graduated from The University of Memphis in 2015.
