Brad Welcher

Brad Welcher, MBA, is an experienced finance and accounting professional currently serving as the Director of Development Accounting at Centennial since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Construction/Development Accounting at Standish Real Estate Services, Vice President Finance for Renovations at KATERRA, and Founder of BCW Advisors, LLC. Brad's extensive tenure at The Howard Hughes Corporation included positions as Vice President Finance, Financial Director, Senior Finance Manager, and Corporate Accounting Manager, where responsibilities involved overseeing strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Previous roles also include Senior Accounting Manager at Cypress Equities and Accounting Manager at Grand Homes. Brad holds an MBA and an MS in Accounting and Information Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas.
