Hannah Schultz

Hannah Byars is an experienced legal professional specializing in privacy and compliance within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel of Privacy at Alma, Hannah leads the development of a comprehensive privacy program, overseeing compliance with various regulations including HIPAA, CPRA, and FTC, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure compliant product functionality and effective advertising strategies. Prior roles include managing US privacy programs at Babylon and Guardian Pharmacy and negotiating agreements as Lead Privacy Counsel. Hannah holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Georgia School of Law and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Georgia.
