Tory Glossip is a seasoned property management professional with over 25 years of diversified experience across various sectors, including industrial, residential, office, medical, life science, and retail. As Vice President of Property Management at Centennial since March 2023, Tory focuses on enhancing asset value through strategic collections and expense management. Previously, as Managing Director at Colliers, oversight included a portfolio of approximately 14 million square feet in property management, with a strong emphasis on business development in the Puget Sound region. Tory's prior roles include Vice President at Madison Marquette, where best practices were developed and implemented nationally, and positions at Alliance Residential Company and Little Harbor Companies, demonstrating expertise in operations, leasing, and financial reporting. Tory holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa.
