Arpitha Kanneganti

Arpitha Kanneganti has held various roles in their work experience. In 2016, they worked at Symbiosys Technologies as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Management Operations Analyst at the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Starting from 2019, Arpitha worked at Ksquare Inc. as a Product Consultant specializing in Salesforce. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business Analyst at Centennial Technologies, starting in 2022.

Arpitha Kanneganti has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield, obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from GITAM Deemed University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Arpitha has obtained various certifications. These include the Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Certification from Salesforce in March 2021, the Certified Fonteva Platform Power User from Fonteva in July 2020, the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I from Salesforce in May 2020, and the Business Administrator Specialist from Trailhead by Salesforce in April 2020. Arpitha also holds the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) designation, which they obtained in November 2019.

Furthermore, Arpitha has received certifications in various business-related areas. These include Business Analytics, Business Process Management, and IT Project Management from the University of Illinois System, all obtained in December 2018. Arpitha is also a member of the International Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma, since February 2019.
