Leo Manning is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Strategic Communications at Center City District since October 2022, previously holding the role of Digital Communications Manager. Prior to this, Leo contributed to Slice Communications for nearly five years, holding multiple positions including Director of Client Service and Digital Marketing Strategist. Leo possesses a strong background in email marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management, alongside graphic design expertise gained from various roles throughout education and early career experiences, including internships and student positions at La Salle University. The Center City District (CCD) and Central Philadelphia Development Corporation (CPDC) share a common mission: to enhance the vitality of Center City Philadelphia as a thriving 24-hour downtown and a great place to live, work or have fun. The Central Philadelphia Transportation Management Association (CPTMA) works to make travel within Center City efficient, reliable, pleasant and safe. The organizations are governed by separate boards of directors (CCD, CPDC), but share a common staff and offices.
