Nancy Cashman

Nancy Cashman is a seasoned professional in supportive housing development, serving as the Supportive Housing Development Director at Center City Housing Corp since February 2009. In this role, Nancy is responsible for developing new housing projects, fundraising for program operations, building partnerships, overseeing program operations, and maintaining compliance with various funding sources, including MHFA, HUD, and DHS. Prior to this, Nancy held the position of Social Services Director at The Salvation Army Duluth from July 2004 to January 2009, where oversight of social services staff and programs, fundraising, and compliance with HUD and DHS regulations were key responsibilities. Nancy earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
