Mike Zak

Mike Zak has significant experience in governance and leadership, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Quincy Institute and the Center for a New American Security since 2019 and 2009, respectively. Additionally, Mike Zak holds an emeritus position on the Board of Trustees at Cornell University since 2007 and was a General Partner at Charles River Ventures from 1991 to 2019. Previous roles include co-founding Concord Communications, serving as a VP, and working as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, alongside a managerial position at Motorola, Inc. Mike Zak began a career in the U.S. Marine Corps, specializing in signals intelligence and electronic warfare. Mike Zak earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
