Ellen Motley has extensive experience in executive support and leadership roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the Center for Adoption Support and Education since June 2020, and previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at the National 4-H Council from June 2013 to June 2020. Ellen also contributed as the Director of Operations for the Washington Ireland Program from January 2010 to June 2013, and began a career as a Secondary Researcher/Research Analyst at Guideline from January 2001 to February 2009, where responsibilities included conducting focused searches and designing literature alerts for various industries. In addition to professional roles, Ellen has demonstrated leadership as the Past President of the VCU Alumni DMV Chapter since July 2021. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with a concentration in Advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University.
