Astrid la Cruz Montilla

Astrid La Cruz Montilla is a highly experienced professional in the field of applied behavior analysis, currently serving as the Lead Clinical Supervisor at the Center for Applied Behavior Analysis (CABA) since April 2021. Previously, Astrid held the position of Clinical Supervisor at ACES and Program Coordinator at the Center for Pediatric Behavioral Health, where responsibilities included training and managing student trainees and coordinating client sessions. Astrid's foundation includes an internship in Early Skill Acquisition and Verbal Behavior, alongside academic roles as a Graduate Assistant at both the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and various cultural organizations. Astrid holds a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in Child Development and Family Relations, from East Carolina University.
