Jeremy Findel

Jeremy Findel has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles. Jeremy worked at the Center for Applied Behavior Analysis (CABA) as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer from December 2018 until the present. Previously, they held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at LORE Group from December 2011 to December 2018. During their time at LORE Group, they also served as a Senior Operations Manager at Reilly's Whiskey from January 2013 to November 2018. Prior to that, they worked at El Dorado Hospitality Group as the Director of Operations and HR Director from March 2003 to December 2011, and at Creative Themes Restaurants Inc. as a Regional Manager from November 2001 to March 2003.

Jeremy Findel has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Arizona. In addition to their degree, Jeremy has obtained several certifications including Adult Residential Facility (ARF) from the California Department of Social Services, COVID-19 Safety Compliance Certification from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Heart Association, Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) from the Crisis Prevention Institute, Direct Support Professional Certified - Level I (DSP) and Direct Support Professional Certified - Level II (DSP) from the California Department of Developmental Services, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and Residential Services Orientation (RSO) from Westside Regional Center.
