Dr. Brenda Green

Universal Design For Learning Implementation Specialist at CAST (Center for Applied Special Technology)

Dr. Brenda Green serves as a Universal Design for Learning Implementation Specialist at CAST (Center for Applied Special Technology) since February 2024, focusing on inclusive practices in education through a partnership with various educational entities. Previously, from September 2015 to September 2023, Dr. Green held roles at The College Board, initially as Associate Director for Implementation & Instructional Support, where responsibilities included managing the implementation of SpringBoard Math curriculum across numerous districts and facilitating professional learning. Subsequently, Dr. Green became the Director of Mathematics, Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, overseeing the development of course frameworks, instructional resources, and assessments for the Pre-AP Mathematics Program. Dr. Green holds a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California, a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from Cambridge College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach.
