Anna Horton, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in individual psychotherapy, specializing in chronic medical conditions and eating disorders. Currently serving as a Primary and Group Therapist at Center for Change Treatment Programs since February 2023, Anna also holds a position at Alliance Counseling Utah as an LCSW-Therapist since December 2021. Previous roles include LCSW at Fresenius Medical Care North America and Phoenix Recovery and Counseling, as well as Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Utah State Hospital and Certified Social Worker at Intermountain Healthcare. Anna received a Master of Social Work from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Utah.
