Sharon McShane

Sharon McShane is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in institutional giving and partnerships, currently serving as the Senior Institutional Giving Officer at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) since May 2025. McShane previously held several key positions at The Pew Charitable Trusts, including Director of Partnerships, where responsibilities included mobilizing $35 million annually through collaborative efforts with philanthropists and organizations. At the American Red Cross, McShane managed disaster fundraising campaigns and developed strategies for sustainable support. Prior roles include Development Manager at the J. Craig Venter Institute and Senior Associate at AAUW. McShane holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Mount St. Mary's University.
