The Leadership Team at Community Change is responsible for guiding the organization's strategic direction and ensuring the effective implementation of its programs. Comprising the Deputy Chief of Programs, the Chief of Programs, and the Chief Operating and Financial Officer, this team collaborates to align operations with the organization's mission to empower low-income communities. They oversee program development, financial management, and operational efficiency to drive systemic policy changes and improve the lives of low-income people, especially those of color.
