Management and Strategy

The Management and Strategy team at Community Change is responsible for overseeing organizational operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring effective execution of initiatives to build power and capacity among low-income communities. This team collaborates on legislative advocacy, program management, human resources, creative direction, technology infrastructure, and financial compliance to drive the mission of transforming policies and institutions that impact low-income people, especially people of color.
