Allison Smith

Allison Smith, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Global Process and Capabilities Development at the Center for Creative Leadership, a position held since April 2018. Prior to this role, Allison held various positions within the organization, including Manager of Process and Capability Development, Implementation Manager, Content Coordinator, and Program Coordinator. From September 2014 to November 2017, Allison was a tutor at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, specializing in subjects such as Earth Science and Chemistry. Additionally, Allison worked as a Camp Coordinator for Carolina Cross Connection during the summers of 2014 and 2015, where responsibilities included assessing family needs, planning construction projects, and coordinating resources. Allison obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental & Sustainability Studies and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2017 and is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Leadership at National University.
