Christopher Looi has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Christopher'smost recent position is as the Managing Director at CLA, Christopher Looi & Associates since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the Center for Creative Leadership from 2013 to 2020, holding roles such as APAC Leadership Solutions Director and Lead APAC Portfolio Lead. Christopher also worked as a Faculty member at the same organization from 2013 to 2015. Christopher has also served as a Guest Facilitator at Harvard University in 2016 and pursued a Masters in Human Development and Psychology at the same institution from 2011 to 2012. Christopher was the President of iSPEAK Communications, a Harvard student club, from 2011 to 2012. Before that, they worked as a Performance Management Consultant at Dale Carnegie Training from 2010 to 2011. Christopher Looi also has experience in the private banking sector, having worked at ANZ from 2009 to 2010. Christopher Looi obtained a High School Certificate of Competence Program from Cranbrook School in 1996. Christopher then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Commercial Law from the University of Sydney in 1999. In 2000, they completed a Masters degree in Marketing and International Business from UNSW. In 2012, Christopher obtained a Masters degree in Human Development and Psychology with a focus on Human Development, learning and performance, neuroscience from Harvard University. In addition to their formal education, Christopher Looi has obtained various certifications such as the Firo B, Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI, and Workplace Big 5, among others.
