Jan Sølvberg

Jan Sølvberg is a seasoned executive coach currently serving as a CCL Associate at the Center for Creative Leadership since January 2024, where the focus is on transforming leadership through research-backed executive education. Since May 2018, Jan has held the position of President of the board for the International Coaching Federation Norway and has been actively involved in various roles, including Director of Membership Services and Substitute Board Member. As a Certified CoachHub Coach and Brand Ambassador for CoachHub.io, Jan promotes digital coaching in Europe. Continued contributions as a coach for Zebrain, Thrive Partners, and LeggUP Inc. complement Jan's experience as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Right Management, focusing on leadership development initiatives. With over 2000 hours of coaching experience as an ICF ACC accredited coach, Jan previously worked at ICG Integrated Consulting Group and served as Team Leader for GoMentor. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Newcastle University and a BSc in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow, alongside a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
